Nicki’s background is varied and began in 1998 in systems analysis and development and later moved into a technical architect role in 2000. Nicki overseas all product development, R&D and vendor management.
Network Manager
Simon Dixon
Simon has worked within the internet industry since 1998 and has led the management of more than five network acquisitions on behalf of Zettagrid. Simons team is responsible for Zettagrid data centre footprint and connectivity across APAC.
Development Manager
Keith Williams
Keith has worked within the software engineering field since the early 2000’s. He leads our systems development teams including the design, delivery and operation of our internally developed Zettagrid MyAccount portal and backend automation.

Tahir has over 20 years experience in the technology industry with a keen focus on successful customer outcomes.
He oversees both our cloud and networks operations centre and finance teams.
