  • You can elect to get a new telephone number with your NBN service or transfer your existing copper based telephone number over to the NBN.

    ZettaNet uses VoIP technology to provide you with a telephony service. This technology may not be compatible with Medical alarms, autodiallers or emergency call buttons. If you have such a device, we strongly recommend that you register your device with NBN Co and speak to your device provider for further information.

    Transferring (PORT) your existing telephone number will transfer your telephone number from your existing telephone provider to ZettaNet's VoIP service.

  • Contract

    If you wish to pay upfront with no contract term you can cancel your service at any time. If you signup on a 24Mth term, we will waive the installation costs.
  • Credit Assessment

    All telecommunications providers in Australia are required to undertake a Credit Assessment for all services with a minimum contract term longer than one month. This includes a questionnaire and an external credit assessment. The information you have included in this application will be used for this purpose. Generally, a credit assessment is completed within 1 business day, however, on rare occasions it may take up to 3 business days.

  • Equipment - NBN Router

    To connect to the NBN service you will require an NBN compatible modem/router. You can purchase one from ZettaNet or if you have a compatible modem/router you may use your own. Our NBN Voice offering uses VoIP (Voice over IP) technology. In order to use a VoIP telephony service you will need:
    - A VoIP Enabled NBN Modem Router; or
    - A VoIP enabled Handset
    All pricing includes basic configuration and shipping.

This debit or charge will be made through the Bulk Electronic Clearing System (BECS) from your account held at the financial institution you have nominated below and will be subject to the terms and conditions of the Direct Debit Request Service Agreement.

  • Not all medical alarm systems are compatible with the range of NBN services and technologies. Before you proceed further with your application, you should consult your medical alarm systems provider to confirm your system compatibility and investigate if alternative solutions may be available to you.

    It's important to register your medical alarm (monitored and unmonitored), autodialler or emergency call button with nbn's Medical Alarm Register.
  • Priority Assistance

  • Priority Assistance is for customers, or a person living at their home, who have a diagnosed life threatening medical condition, and whose life may be at risk if they don’t have access to a working phone line service.

    At this time ZettaNet does not provide Priority Assistance. Should you require Priority Assistance you may wish to engage Telstra as your service provider. Please ensure to request Priority Assistance when discussing your service requirements.
    You can add an additional contact to your account. This may be your Technical contact. They will have full authority to act on your behalf on your account.
